How come we don’t call out Saban out since he is the secondary coach? Because the weakest link of all of his highly rank defensive teams has been pass coverage. Even though some of the defensive players have been selected highly in the NFL draft.

Did not like Finebaum’s version of the Iron Bowl. People must have liked that only because they could call in and hear themselves talk or because they could hear Finebaum’s celebrities’ rants more than watching a great football game. The game could hardly be seen at times and–if the professionals wanted to talk–let the game run while it’s happening. Sorry, the game via the show lacked real flow. I turned to the other channel after watching a few minutes of that. A radio/sports preview/highlight show is a radio/sports preview/highlight show and a football game is a football game. Rarely, do normal commentators cut from the on the field action. This show should have done the same thing as normal football games. By the way, I like Finebaum’s Mon-Fri show, but did not like how this was done.

As far as the game was concerned, Auburn knows Alabama well and hates Alabama; plus, Auburn is normally a matchup nightmare for every Alabama defense that does not field players with both ability and experience. However, this year was an even more talented Auburn team than normal and they were healthy for one of the few times all year. This team has the potential to be able to equally pass and run. With this team, any team would have a lot of trouble keeping it in the 30s. This is not the team that most of the teams that Auburn loss to saw. Williams and Coates are talented enough to be good or great NFL WRs both; my only questions about them would be could they overcome the gap between the simple Auburn offense and the hyper complex NFL offenses and the upgrade at CB/S in the NFL. My point is that any college defense would have trouble stopping those 2 at full strength. Plus, Sims is about as streaky as a player can be; when he’s on, he’s like Manning with legs and when he’s not, he’s like a bad college QB and he can change from drive to drive. Until Alabama gets a defense that is like ’09-’12 and/or until Auburn lacks QB or RB talent, they’d better be able to score a lot against Auburn. That’s why if you are Alabama that’s not necessarily indicative of Alabama’s secondary or potential success in upcoming game(s).

LOL Auburn struggled with Vandy, and couldn’t beat a weak Georgia Football team, I cant wait to see the tide roll all over you guy’s. while we’re playing for championship’s you guy’s are playing to spoil one. News Flash! one lost wouldnt take us out of championship contention, RoLL TiDe RoLL
