If you're an NBA player on the road, staying at a hotel under your real name can be problematic. It can lead to anything from fans hounding you for an autograph to malevolent locals setting off stink bombs near your room. It's much safer to use an alias.

I think people are just looking for something to grip about. I do not believe that Kiffen put a pic of his son up to rub anything in Newtons face. He his simply posting a pic of his son doing something cute. Something that the rest of us in the world does almost daily. Maybe people are taking it out of context because of his position. I have seen post that he’s going to Georgia. Is this true?

I would hate to see lane go anywhere, I personally love the contrast of Sabah and Kifin on the sidelines every week! I appreciate what lane has brought with him to the crimson tide offense and think that anyone hoping for such a change would be a complete idiot. I can also see where lsu would love to have him. But not as coordinator, but as head coach!!!!!! Ed at lsu hasn’t done anything mind blowing……? Show me what game they have won that they wouldn’t have won with less???????? Think about it all you lsu rocket scientists, really hasn’t done anything but probably lost the Florida game in which less would’ve more than likely won anyway. LSU faithful have spoke with their hearts when this should of been a better thought through hire and all you really have done is hire another half ass coordinator to lead you down the same path less miles has had you on for 4-6 years already. Head coach is a big hire and if LSU is truly one of the top 10 jobs in the country as I’m always hearing, then why could you not get any interest in this ‘great job’??????? Herman just showed you how great ur job was down there so good he took a Texas job that is all dead and with the absence of a bowl appearance 2 years in a row has basically finished the job off its self. Lane if you listen to anyone listen to me we want you to stay at Alabama and at the point and time Nicks ready to retire, would love to see you as our coach of the Alabama Crimson tide!!!!!! RTR!!!!!!!!
